Uses
It is for activated nature and quantitative determination of AT-Ⅲ
Principle
It adopts chromogenic measurement. Add excessive thrombin to assayed plasma to form a compound for AT-Ⅲ and thrombin with proportion of 1:1, the remaining thrombin act on chromogenic substrate, then release colour group. The colour shade is correlated with remaining thrombin, however negatively with AT-Ⅲ. Then calculate AT-Ⅲ quantity according to the absorbance (A value) from standard curve.
Clinical application
It is intended for use in thrombus & hemostasis disease diagnosis, help diagnose Hematologic Diseases, liver disease, and monitor heparin therapy or Thrombolytic therapy.
Storage
It has a 2 year shelf life when stored at 2℃~8℃ |
